The ESMR- Early Careers Association are thrilled to announce the introduction of ESMR-ECA Travel Awards sponsored by Aurora Scientific and Edgewise Therapeutics. The awards are designed to provide financial support to early-career researchers attendingthe 50th European Muscle Conference in Florence.

The ESMR-ECA Travel Awards offer a valuable opportunity for deserving researchers to receiveassistance in covering some of the expenses associated with attending the conference.

Through theseawards, we aim to foster inclusivity and equal access to the European Muscle Conference, allowing early-career researchers to showcase their work, engage with established experts in the field, and stayupdated on the latest advancements in muscle research.

To apply, please fill out the application form (including your EMC abstract and a statement about howwinning the award would benefit your scientific career) and send as a word (.docx) file to emc.earlycareerassociation@gmail.com with the subject ‘travel award’.

PhD students and Post-Docs (less than 10 years) are encouraged to apply. Applications close on the 26 th of July, 2023.
